How Much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary based on location and weight of your order. All shipping rates will be calculated once your order has been reviewed in office.
When will I be charged for my order?
If you are a credit card customer the card we have on file will be automatically charged after your order review. If you are a terms customer you will receive an invoice that must be paid within the time period you have set.
Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
Once the order has been processed and approved we cannot change the order. However, you can contact your local sales representative to add items as needed.
What if I didn’t receive an order confirmation email?

Where can I find my invoice or receipt?
Once your payment has been processed our accounting department will send you a copy of your invoice or receipt. If you are missing this kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org with your store name and sales order number and we will be happy to send you another copy.
What is Lug’s backorder policy?
If you do not accept or want backorders, please contact your sales representative or our customer line at 1-855-584-5433 immediately to cancel, otherwise backorders will ship once inventory is in stock.
